Generex
GENEREX is a German company founded in 1990 that specializes in the development, production, and supply of remote monitoring systems for power supply systems, such as the CS141 Webmanager, and battery analysis and care systems (BACS®) for all types of lead-acid batteries.
CS141 Webmanager is a device for data collection, monitoring, and management of uninterruptible power supplies (UPS) compatible with most UPS brands such as AEG, PILLER, RITTAL, LEGRAND, EATON, and others. It is available in both standalone and modular versions.
BACS® is the flagship product of GENEREX, offering a professional solution for individual monitoring and management of stationary batteries. It helps prevent failures and extends the lifespan of UPS systems.
Key features of GENEREX BACS® include:
- DOES NOT interfere with the operation of UPS systems;
- DOES NOT have any impact on UPS systems;
- DOES NOT violate the manufacturer's warranty requirements for UPS systems.
Main features of BACS®:
- Extended battery service life.
- Increased load capacity.
- Control of all key parameters and analysis of battery performance. BACS® sensors are connected to the terminals of each battery in parallel with the main DC bus.
- Detection of faulty batteries before they cause irreversible changes in the neighboring batteries of the set.
- Voltage equalization of all batteries within 0.01V in the chain.
- Individual charging/discharging of each battery to prevent overcharging and undercharging.
- Prevention of sulfation, drying out, premature aging, and failure.
- Full remote management.
Provision of graphical information about each battery in the battery bank. CS141 Webmanager can be useful for retrofitting existing UPS systems that were not equipped with monitoring systems during implementation. BACS® can be of interest to companies that have a large number of UPS systems with lead-acid batteries, especially if the UPS systems are located in remote and unattended places.
We install CS141 Webmanager devices when retrofitting UPS systems for our customers throughout the territory of Kazakhstan. We have installed and configured BACS® systems at unattended communication nodes along the oil pipelines of KazransOil and at the production sites of Atyrau Oil Refinery LLP.
