MEK-Astana LLP is the only company that has the right to license the assembly of power supply systems from the Finnish manufacturer Enedo in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
During two weeks of October, our specialists underwent an internship at the assembly plant of Enedo power supply systems in Pärnu, Estonia. Our employees gained experience in the factory assembly of power supply systems, quality control of assembly, the correct stages of the work process, and also learned a lot of useful information “first-hand”.
After the internship on the subject of equipment assembly, a special week-long internship was conducted in terms of factory testing of finished systems. According to the reasonable requirement of the manufacturer, assemblers and testers should not be the same people, so another of our engineers was sent to Estonia. Our colleague will apply the acquired knowledge in the process of factory testing of ten power supply systems assembled by MEK-Astana LLP in Astana under a license from Enedo.
Summing up the trip, we understand that our specialists received unique knowledge and skills that are not so easy to obtain, since they are the know-how of the equipment manufacturer.
We thank Enedo Finland Oy and personally, Regional Manager Alexander Grabovsky, for providing a unique opportunity for practical training in the assembly processes and testing of power supply systems.
The stages of documentation preparation have been completed, a prototype cabinet and a series of ten cabinets have been manufactured, reliable wooden packaging has been designed and manufactured, and the necessary components and materials have been purchased. The power supply system’s assembly workshop is equipped with the necessary hand and electrified tools. The preparation of the necessary fleet of measuring instruments for carrying out factory tests is being completed.
In the assembly shop of MEK-Astana LLP, the assembly of a batch of ten power supply systems is being completed. Our engineers make full use of the experience gained during their internship in Estonia, as well as many years of experience in operating, maintaining and repairing power supply systems from a variety of manufacturers.
The next step is to carry out factory tests, then tests in the presence of representatives of the Customer, packaging and shipping of finished systems to the West Kazakhstan region.
